Bonus Eligibility for H2020 Scholars

Hello,

I am an Early Stage Researcher (ESR) in the European Industrial Doctorate Program : LIVE-I. Recently, the government announced the Corona Bonuses ( 2 time payment that happened in Dec 2021 and one this year each of 500EUR) and now possibly an 'Engerpauschale' of 300EUR in September. I am aware that the ESRs are not entitled to receive additional bonuses as per the contract. But to me it seems a bit strange as the extra funds are granted by the State to tax payers irrespective of their employer. How do we deal with this situation?
