Christmas meet-up in Dortmund on December 17 at 7pm
Feel like getting into the Christmas spirit together with some fellow scientists in NRW over a cup of Glühwein? Come to Dortmund on December 17 to meet other scientists and MCAA German chapter members. We will meet on the Christmas market by Wendler’s Almhütte on Hansaplatz at around 7pm. The meeting place will be right in front of the Almhütte facing the Christmas tree. Bring your friends and colleagues with you! I do see how Sunday would be a better day in many aspects, so this will have to serve as an experiment, we will see how many can come on a weekeday. The chapter board had some discussions about the day and decided to try this. Too bad that you are not available, we will plan for something on a weekend the next time! Maybe we should have a social event in Paderborn?

Thanks for the explanation, I am anyways glad to see that you are organizing a meet-up. I hope next time I will be able to join. Regarding Paderborn, unfortunately I am not aware of any other MCAA members. Maybe I should post a question here to see whether I can find someone.

That's an amazing event! It's like an invitation to love each other more and more. An incredible moment (Weihnachten) in a passionate place (Weinnachtmarkt) for people who meet each other to show that loving each other is important and nothing else. that's a lovely idea, would really like to join, but have already a lot of plans for that day. I guess it would be easier to move it one day earlier (Sunday), so hopefully everyone is flexible with the time schedule and it's also easier in terms of travel organization. But if you already have a group of people signed up for Monday (December 17), don't take into account my comment. :)
