# CWG: Urgent Message to Chair-Indian Chapter
Dear Chair, MCAA-India
Please do the needful and send your responses to Euraxess- India ASAP.
When in India, where exactly are you based?
When was the MCAA India chapter set up? How many member do you have right now? Are they base where you are or in different parts of India?
Have you already had any event in India? What about your plans for 2016?
Your feedback could be useful for my meetings in Brussels next week.
I'll be happy to catch up on the phone after 24/11. I'll be in Europe until then.

I am writing these messages on behalf of ICGMT group (the internal Chapter Management Team), Chaired by Kiran Kumar and we both happened to be Indian. I am sorry to hear that you could not get along with Ainhitze. However, she represents Euraxess-Links-India and you represents MCAA-India and we both associations have to work together in a win-win situation. Please delegate someone to corrosponds with Euraxess India, in case you dont find it comfortable yourself. I suggest Dr. Praveen Kumar, as he get along well with them comfortably and also holds a faculty position at an Indian Institute. We must foster our relations with Euraxess-links-India.
We have got to know that the MCAA-India has not organized any activity in past 6 months and the budget is untouched. Kindly make a plan for new activities and co-ordinate with MCAA-India team. We have lot of potential. If you will not utililize the funds on time for promotion of activites that represents vision of MCAA, at the end of the term, it ll recognize as negative evaluation of the Chapter and abrogation of future funds. It will have negative impact on other Indian MCAA members residing in India and we need to take care of it urgently. Since you are the founding Chair of the Chapter, you have big responsibilities on your shoulders that you provide a solid foundation to the next Chair in next term (Chapter Chair position is rotational every year).
If you need any guidance, dont hesitate to ask any of us or Board members what kind of activities you can plan and organize but again organizing join activities with Euraxess is appreciable.
