Unfortunately, this is another one of these surveys designed by people who don't know how to design surveys. All questions are mandatory and not every question has a "Don't know" option, which means that if you are unable to answer one of the questions without a "don't know" option, you cannot submit any of your answers. This is frustrating for the EU, who will get either biased data or few responses (or both) and for the respondents (like myself) who took the time (despite everything) to answer most of the questions only to find that I cannot submit them.
