25000 foreign doctoral candidates and 35000 foreign employed, 25000 doctorates a year.
Sounds a bit unrealistic, as I am wondering where are the Germans ;) Recalling Pavia, there it was trully international, compared to the Graduiertenkolleg where there were 3 foreigners out of 12 and even so I was told by a Bosnian citizen, born in Germany, that time, that he was not admitted in a Graduiertenkolleg being foreigner.
Also, there are no statistics about how many from the doctorates get funded and what is the success quote ...
