MCAA Hungarian chapter and REFLEX Workshop for the Career Development of Researchers: Testing a National Training Model MCAA Hungarian chapter and The Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. for Applied Research kindly invites you for its workshop organized in the frame of its project called REFLEX ((http://euraxess-reflex.saia.sk/) supported by the European Union. The REFLEX project deals with the preparation of the EURAXESS network for the tasks of career support and to elaborate a flexible career development model covering the diversified career paths of European researchers and test its applicability. The elaboration of the model will be realized with the active participation of researchers, managers of research organizations, HR departments, EURAXESS contact points and other parties concerned on the career of researchers. The aim of the workshop is to target the career development of researchers by adapting the General Training Model Scheme to the local situation and developing the implementation of the scheme. The project targets researchers of every career stage, in any European country and in every life situation. The training model scheme covers the main issues to implement career development including the mobility, networking, career support, academic skills and development, company interaction related to the researchers.
