Marie Curie fellowship and science are not cited in the document

We are asked about sending feedback about a document that does not claim anything about the Marie Curie fellowships or the science policy of the EU at all (how will it be affected in any of the scenarios?). I have my own opinion about the document as a citizen but, as a researcher, after reading this document, I feel that the science policy, in the EU, in any of the 5 proposed scenarios, will be irrelevant.
