Missing point: Learning from the mistakes, what is the message of BREXIT to the future of the EU?

I really miss this point from the White Paper. Learning from our mistakes is a wise approach in life. I would be happy to see an analysis of the most significant causes of BREXIT in the paper and some possible corrective actions. Otherwise scenario #1 (changing nothing) involves the risk that more states will leave the EU.
