New activities

Dear MCAA Members.

As you have already had opportunity to learn, the new Chair and Board were elected at the MCAA General Assembly in Venice at the beginning of the month. I have not applied for a new mandate for the Chair position which I held since November 2013 nor for any other position in the Board.

This is an opportunity to welcome the new Chair, Brian Cahil, and wish much success to the new Board! At the same time, I would like to thank to all members who contributed to the work and development of the MCAA during the past two years, as we indeed made a miracle – and our success is quite visible through the intention of the EC to significantly increase our budget since the new contractual period which may start in summer this year.

I am not going to write long messages about our achievements and commitments – you might have already had opportunity to read about it in our magazine and every day in the Forum..

As the founding Chair of the MCAA I am planing to continue supporting the association and providing opportunities to the members, as I did numerous times by now. Read my next posts – I have arranged great opportunities for you to attend the ESOF and an EURAXESS Links event in China!
