Poll on appointment of Chapter / Working group Chair position

Dear members, I am doing a Poll on 'appointment of Chapter / Working group Chair position by election' below (please see 2-3 posts below on General). Period can be 1-2 year. Currently, the role of Chapters (which has almost 50-200 members each) as compared to working groups (managed by handful of people) is neglected in terms of amount of funding given. Also, there are differences in the rules of appointment of the Chair positions where Chapter Chair is rotational yearly, which is not applicable for Chair of working group.

MCAA has over 6000 members and only 1-2% (50-100 members) are active, it is progressing in terms of increase number of members, however, it is not so much prgressing in terms of increase number of active members. One of my suggestion is that we should find active people and make them more responsible by giving them more responsibilities and the previous Chair (of Chapter or Working group) should work as 'Chair Coach' for the next candidate. In this way, we ll bring and motivate more active members.

Based on your suggestions, I will forward my suggestions to the Structural format committee.
