Protect research with personal data: your help is needed!
The next weeks will be critical for research that makes use of personal data in Europe.
The European Parliament has adopted a position on the General Data Protection Regulation that would make the use of personal data in research illegal or unworkable.
This would strongly affect health research but also other disciplines including research related to human interaction with technology, education and other branches of the social sciences. Moreover, it is also about defending research as a priority of general relevance.
