Short term training...

Short term training fellowships? Does anyone has information about short-term training fellowships for international non-Europeans (working in an European institute) for a period of 3 months to 1 year, like the EMBO short term training to go outside Europe? Exchange is between two labs, one is european partner and other is US. Unfortunately Fullbright don't apply for foreigners resident in European country. Any relevant information is very welcome.
