Dear Johan,
thank you for your answer, however, I was not talking of this.
I was talking of student engagement, for which I actually recently got a certificate as International competence, for engaging foreign students like myself in life in Germany. I have the certificate, but to get it counted towards the work age in Romania (and retire earlier) the ministry of work requires the law.
thank you and kind regards
Maria
I found this scientific work
http://www.zze-freiburg.de/assets/pdf/2.-Wissenschaftlicher-Landesbericht-BE-und-Ehrenamt.452151.pdf
however no idea how to contact the people.
Yes, my voluntary engagement was in Baden Württemberg.
thanks
Maria
Hi,
for all who would find this useful:
a colleague whom I know from the CHRESP conference has now a project on voluntary work in Germany and I got this link
http://www.engagementnachweis-bw.de/service/faq/
at least in Baden Württemberg the ministry is putting its logo on the certificate. This, after I corresponded with the ministry and they said me that if unpaid it cannot help me further in the job.
kind regards
Maria
Hi Maria, if your talking about the bundesfreiwilligendienst then you can find all the relevant information here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bundesfreiwilligendienst
And you can find the law text here: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bfdg/index.html
The law is called Bundesfreiwilligendienstgesetz.
Best regards,
Johan
