Well, I will be in Rome at that date, I've just bought my ticket for the 1st of October and will stay for 10 months, but unfortunately have nothing to do with India. Maybe go as attendant? What do you think?

Dear Maria, you can still do the registration as attendant of the congress. Its free. Its based on the collaboration of EU and India and seeking opportunities of funding and networking, so its quite interesting.
