Dear Tanja,

Thank you for the detailed answer, it is strange to me that so many people have trouble with their secondment, but it seems to be a Germany only thing, I am the only one of two from Germany in my project and we are the only ones that have troubles, all my colleagues in the project who are outside of Germany don't have any problem at all.

It would be an interesting topic to find out in more detail how big the problems are and if they are related to certain host organizations or if it is a general problem all over Germany.
