Question about MC-Global Fellowships...

Hi everyone! I was wondering if someone knows more details about the MC-Global Fellowships Program (I guess it was IOF in FP7). I am currently an assistant professor at the University of Ioannina, Greece and I am thinking of applying for a Global Fellowship to advance my research activities as wells as my career development . I have found a laboratory at McGill University in Canada to accommodate my research activities during my 12-14 month sabbatical there (that is the outgoing phase according to the program). Do you know if I am eligible to apply for this fellowship since I am permanently employed at the host organization in the Member State ? Many thanks in advance.
