I had the same issue with a MSCA posdoctoral action. I only new my real salary after 3 months of working. I think this is really bad in terms of planning. I have created a shared worksheet to fill with the information provided by the MSCA holders and fill this institutional gap. There is no info for Italy yet but you can contribute once you know.
