Call for speakers - Event “EURAXESS Share: Broaden your Horizons!”

EURAXESS Links North America has published a call for a speaker for the event “EURAXESS Share: Broaden your Horizons!” that will take place on 28 March 2014 in New York, United States.

This event will be an opportunity to foster interactions between North America-based recipients of European Union (EU) funding and researchers interested in applying for funding under one of these schemes. The event will also showcase research projects funded previously by the EU and raise awareness of EU funding schemes.

The selected speaker will talk about his/her path and his/her EU-funded research project. A slot of no longer than 15 minutes will be allocated. Each presentation will then be followed by a five-minute Q&A, during the speaker may be asked to share tips about applying for funding.

Travel costs are covered by the organisers.

The deadline for applications is 31 January 2014.
