MCAA Around the World ‒ Webinar #5

by Aurelia Chaise

Stronger together! United by efforts to share knowledge and enhance synergies, the Marie Curie Alumni Association has launched the MCAA Around the World Webinar Series. Book your seat for the next one!

Encompassing a wide variety of topics, the webinars are hosted by a representative of a Chapter or Working Group and held every second Friday of the month.

Don’t miss the fifth webinar in the series: Effective Data Visualisation: Design graphics to tell stories in an engaging way.

Scientists work with a lot of data, but when it comes to present them to the audience, they can have difficulties in making an accurate selection. Thanks to this webinar, you’ll learn how to tell an engaging story with data and captivate your audience!

Dr Cédric Scherer will explain the main steps to consider when creating explanatory data visualisations. The talk aims to cover data honesty, chart selection, colour choice, and data visualisation principles, among others.

Date and Time: 8 April 2022 (17:00 CET)
