Career Fairs in Germany
Here is a short and incomplete list of career fairs taking place in Germany in the next months. The program of these events is often strongly aimed at a Germany speaking audience but the events may still provide a means for any MCAA member to contact potential employers.
The jobvector career day series takes place throughout Germany many times a year. The next career day is on the 10th March in Frankfurt am Main.
Connecti is a Franco-German Job Fair, which is organized by the Villa Franceschi and Connexion Emploi. It takes place twice a year, once in France and once in Germany. The Career Fair helps small- and medium-sized companies and international corporations to search for bilingual employees. The event is aimed at fresh graduates and experienced professionals. It takes place this year on the 1st April 2016 in Paris and from 29th and 30th September 2016 in Cologne.
The University of Mannheim organizes a 3-day career fair (19th-21st April 2016) aimed a students and young professionals.
The WoMenPower conference (29th April 2016) is a career event aimed at high-powered women in the business, organizational and networking worlds. Core business themes are addressed in the workshops: career, leadership and stress prevention. The vast majority of the workshop presentations are in German - one single session out of 35 is in English. Reduced-price tickets for students are available on presentation of a valid student enrollment certificate.
The konaktiva career fair of the TU Darmstadt is the oldest student-organized career fair in Germany. It takes place at the Darmstadtium Congress Centre from 10th-12th May 2016.
The women&work career fair takes place in Bonn on 4th June 2016.

- IKOM Consulting Day from 19th-20th May 2016 at Tagungshotel München
- IKOM Start-Up on 21st June at the Campus Garching
- IKOM Career Fair from 20th-23rd June at the Campus Garching
job40plus organizes career fairs in several German cities for companies looking to contact experienced specialists and executive staff. About 80 percent of the career fair visitors are in permanent employment and may cherish latent intentions to switch employer in the medium term. The next fairs are being held in Hannover on the 9th May (Technology and IT) and Stuttgart on the 14th June (Biomedical Technology and IT Consulting).

The Career Market at the European MINT Convention in Stuttgart on the 16th and 17th September offers the chance to meet companies from all across the MINT industry, from startups and hidden champions up to medium-sized enterprises and global corporations.
