Allowances and employment contract

On

Dear all,

I have a question related to employment contracts of MSCA individual fellows at their host institutions. Does the employment contract have to include the living, mobility and family allowances of the fellow as set in the budget plan of the Grant Agreement?

My employment contract sent to me by the beneficiary (University College London) does not include any of these. I was wondering whether this is normal or something usual for these contracts. If this is indeed the case and beneficiaries do not have to include them in the contract, how do you prove the mentioned allowances to a potential landlord or agency to secure adequate accomodation?

I do very much appreciate your help.
