It is possible to get bonus

It depends on what type of contract you signed with your host. If you are employed on TVL13 100% contract, your will receive bonus just like any other employ in the institute, it also depending on the institute/ University policy. However, it is not equal to one month salary but it is almost 50% of your monthly net salary. Hope this helps.
