Dear Demos,

As you correctly pointed out, MSCA IF Global Fellowships have 2 phases: an outgoing phase of at least 12 months and a mandatory return phase of 12 months in the host institution.

As an assistant professor you can remain under your existing contract during your IF provided that all of the conditions of the Grant Agreement are respected and that you dedicate yourself fully to the action.
