My institution went through a UTRO process in 2020. The new institution was created 6 months before it actually took over the rights and obligations of the old one. There was nothing to do for the projects (including ITN) from our side nor from the side of the coordinator when we participated as beneficiaries. (An amendment is needed only when the UTRO affects the coordinator). 

In your case the LEAR of the beneficiary will follow the the UTRO procedure and as coordinator you have nothing to do on the portal. The info will be automatically updated: you will have 2 mame under the same beneficiary number ( ex : 3. BEN : New compagny name & UTRO Old Compagny name). They will have to do 2 financial reports to fill at the end of the reporting period if you are in a middle of a reporting period.
