Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to my question, they were very helpful.

@Clara, our problem is that we do not know what the process is to show that the company has been purchased by another one. We are also doing it together with the beneficiary since they do not know what to do and I am the only one contacting the project officer. 

Judging from Marie's reply, I understand the beneficiary needs to upload the official documents verifying the purchasing? Do they have to be in English?
