1st Gender Equity and Research Symposium (GEaRs)

Join us for a special event on International Day of the Girl as we proudly present the 1st Gender Equity and Research Symposium (GEaRs), organized in collaboration with the Genders, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group of the Marie Curie Alumni Association and the UAL Equality Unit. Taking place on Friday, October 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the University of Almería (UAL) in Spain, with both in-person and hybrid formats available, this symposium offers an exciting opportunity to engage in an interactive dialogue on advancing Gender Equity in Research.

International Young Scholars Exchange Conference & 2nd Annual Conference of the MCAA China Chapter

On September 28-29, 2024, MCAA China Chapter plans to organize the "International Young Scholars Exchange Conference & 2nd Annual Conference of the MCAA China Chapter". The conference focuses on promoting cooperation and exchanges between high-level scientific and technological Marie Curie researchers in China and Europe, and build a platform for high-end talent docking and in-depth communication for scientific research institutions and well-known enterprises, and help them make breakthrough progress in the introduction of high-level talents and the incubation of scientific and technological achievements for different researchers, especially for MCAA Chinese researchers. This conference will also strongly promote the latest policies and practices of Horizon Europe, Marie Curie Action Plan and other EU programmes, so that more researchers will be able to apply for these programmes. The activity will also bring more people to know the Marie Curie actions, MCAA and MCAA China Chapter.
