We wish to inform you with great sadness, that Professor Clayton J. Adam passed away March 6, 2018 after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer.

The 10 000th member who registered is Dr. Agnieszka Rawluszko-Wieczorek; she is currently working on the KMET-READ project in the University of Stuggart, Germany.

The European Research Council (ERC) has announced the awarding of its Starting Grants to 325 early-career researchers throughout Europe. Among them, 16 MCAA Members were awarded!
The funding, worth in total €485 million and up to €1.5 million per grant, will enable them to set up their own research teams and pursue ground-breaking ideas.
The MCAA is glad to invite you to its first webinar dedicated to its members at the beginning of their careers. This event will take place on the 25th January at 1pm CET and will allow participants to deepen their knowledge, with experts from the leading publishing company Elsevier, on the topics “Benchmark your research to maximise the impact” and, right after, “Career Planning”.
What is it? The Marie Curie Alumni Association invites its members to apply for Micro Grants. By providing these Micro-Grants, the association aims to contribute to career development activities and to enhance the sense of belonging to the wider Marie Curie community.
